SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Toning Toner is a cleansing toner that prepares skin for nourishment with the power of Centella Asiatica, pure Madagascar Extract, and PHA (Polyhydroxy Acid) to reduce skin dullness by stimulating skin exfoliation. It is gentle with pH 5.5 which is a mild acid similar to skin.

It promotes anti-inflammation, kills bacteria and fungi, heals laser wound faster, reduces scars, reduces the chance of keloid scars, reduces dullness, hyperpigmentation of skin, and redness, reduces swelling to fade away faster, stimulates the production of collagen and elastin, regenerates skin cells, slows down the degeneration of skin cells, reduces the chance of wrinkles, and restores skin to be healthy.
