It contains Cotton Bloom to help moisturize dry, cracked skin, and stimulate the formation of keratin for strong skin structure without dryness. This is to prevent cracked heels not to be repeated. It can be used on dry skin areas, dry cracked heels, dull elbows, dull knees, and dull anklebone.
